Zanzibar Tour Overview
A full-day (7–8 hours) excursion combining Zanzibar’s natural beauty and cultural heritage. Guests are picked up from their hotel in Zanzibar and transferred to Forodhani Gardens to board a speedboat that crosses the turquoise Indian Ocean to the Nakupenda Sandbank. Activities on the sandbank include swimming, snorkeling, sunbathing and a seafood lunch with tropical fruits and soft drinks served on the sandbank. After returning by boat, the tour continues with a guided walking tour of Stone Town visiting major historical landmarks such as the House of Wonders, the Old Fort of Zanzibar and the former Slave Market at Christ Church Cathedral. The tour includes hotel pickup and drop-off, a professional guide, snorkeling equipment and all entrance/activity fees.
